Omg so glad I found Tyler and truemeal, I had weight lost surgery it’s been about three years since I had it lost over 100 pounds. But then I gained back 120 pounds and I was only eating 1200 cal a day. Tyler told me I wasn’t eating enough didn’t believe him, but now I’m eating 1600 cal, one of those being my morning cup of truemeal. And I’m down 25 pounds and I just counted it eight weeks which is two months and I’ve lost inches. I stumbled across Tyler’s TikTok one night and listened for a few before I got the courage to call in. I am so glad I did! Just hit one year and am down a little over 100 lbs. Month 11, and down 81 pounds. Everyone overthinks this… just hit your calorie goal with meats and veggies, and stay consistent with the nutrition and exercise. It works!
First picture- was about 5 months ago. I was 208 pounds, an alcoholic, low self esteem, and no self respect. In November of last year I decided to get sober. I ended up dropping 20 pounds fairly quickly. But then I hit a “stall” because my nutrition wasn’t right to continue with losing. Started doing Coach Tyler’s plan 4 1/2 weeks ago, and I dropped another 23 pounds. Total of 43 pound loss. (If I started his plan right on my journey of being sober, I have no doubt I would have lost more.) He always ask everyone what their “why” is. Well my journey started out with just wanting to get sober and caring about myself again. Looking at myself in the mirror was always difficult. Seeing what I had become was always heartbreaking. Getting sober made me not be able to tolerate where I currently was. Coach Tyler has been a huge helping hand in carrying me through to being the best possible me I can be. Five yrs ago I lost over 80+ lbs, kept it off until 2020 hit us. But I was also on another plan had me eating 1000-1200 calories, no wonder it melted off! Felt like I was always hungry! I feel amazing! I was having chronic back pain that never let up. By the second week eating real food decreased my pain massively. I have gone from pain pills 3xday to once or PRN. I started to take my Weight seriously back in January 2022. At the end of December I had Covid pneumonia and when I finally went to the ER I found out it was something much serious and I was actually in respiratory failure at that moment I’ve lost 25 pounds because of Covid however, I had three doctors. Tell me you are probably going to die here because of your weight and because of the breathing problems we don’t see you making it long was on oxygen eight days in the hospital and another 3 1/2 months after I got out. While I was in the hospital I told myself when I overcome this I’m going to change and I did down 95 pounds. Unfortunately I needed that wake up call but I’m glad I did change it honestly save my life.

I saw Coach Fullerton’s live and his determination to help people with Hashimotos, PCOS, and Thyroid problems. I personally have PCOS and struggle greatly with weight loss. I purchased his meal plan so I would have a map to help me plan meals. Like Coach said, it’s all about our eating. His meal plan is basic - REAL FOODS only! I have not exercised much since starting my weight loss journey. I am now slowly adding some cardio and weight training to help me lose more and tone some. I have lost 60 pounds from May 2022. It is now early October 2022 and I am ready to tackle the holiday season with all of the tools I have from Coach’s program. I am off BP meds, and as someone with PCOS, my menstrual cycle has returned to a normal schedule. Something I haven’t had in years. This program has given my my life back. I started at 270 november 2029 and I just weighed in at 195 this morning. Thanks to Tyler for all his advice. I struggled at first until I stumbled upon his website. I was afraid eating more would make me gain the weight back but I was wrong.
Tyler’s program has literally changed my life. I have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and in 2012 gained over 100lbs. My Hashimotos wasn’t diagnosed until 2018 - so for years, I didn’t know why I had gained so much, so rapidly. I have tried multiple diets, to no avail. On 5/13 of this year, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I finally knew my WHY - I wanted to do it for me!!! I wanted to be the best me I could be!! I wanted to live!! I had listened to Tyler before, but was never committed. Hearing “you have cancer” changed everything for me. After collecting my thoughts, I remembered about this guy on my TikTok - happened to pull it up and he was LIVE!! I went to the site & completed the calculator - the rest is history. As of today, I’ve lost 50.2lbs. For full disclosure, I did have a double mastectomy on 7/13 (the day of the pictures with me in a sports bra); however, my breasts were approximately 7lbs total. My body is changing before my eyes & I couldn’t be happier. I haven’t had reconstruction at this time, but when I do, I will be in the best shape I’ve been in in a long time!! I’ve told so many people about Tyler and what he’s done specifically for my life with just listening to him & following his advice. Please, if you’re on the fence, get off of it! I started a WL journey in June 2021. I was over 300lbs. I lost 85lbs but had 0 energy. I was skeptical of eating more calories since I was losing weight but I was always fatigued and had a foggy head. I was starving my body of nutrients. I wasn’t eating enough calories. In May 2022 I was introduced to Fullerton Nutrition. I increased my calories (by nearly 800!) and started adding True Meal in my morning coffee. In 90 days I lost over 20 lbs and started running every day (for the first time in my life). I feel fantastic! No more fatigue or foggy brain. I am so glad I found FN and happy i set my skepticism aside. The pics are 90 days apart from when I started following a meat and veggies meal plan and hitting my calories goal until August 2022. I am now ready to begin weight lifting and looking forward to adding muscle.

I’ve been a health nut since I got sober 8 years ago. 2021 I had my daughter and was weighing in at 183..I got down to 170 by myself and plateaued. I found Tyler, and gave him a call as I was the heaviest I’d been in a long time. We up’d my calories and I focused on my nutrition and tracking my calories and now am down to 152. This has been such an emotional ride for me…and I honestly couldn’t thank Tyler enough, as everything he offers is free(besides his supplements;)). My husband has started, and we’re making it a family healthy life to be able to enjoy each other to the fullest. I think I’ll keep going, and tone up as I’ve started his at home workouts. More results to come. I’m feeling good about myself again.

I started my journey on 5/1/2021. I had a yearly physical. I was weighing @ 277.5 lbs . My A1C was 8,0 . My doctor had to put in on Metformin. From there I stared my weight loss journey. By November I had too stop the Metformin. My A1C as down to 6.4 ( 11/2021 . My weight was about 245 lbs . It was not until Mid January I had found Tyler Fullerton, it was amazing now I follow his advice on weight loss . As of 4/26/2022 , my current weight is 208 lbs . I did the weight loss very slow . Now I have to go out & buy all smaller size clothes. Thank you Tyler !!!

What I’ve changed in the past month besides adding trumeal to the mix is upping my calories and focusing on hitting my daily calories.

I was very skeptical but desperate so I tried one night with the sample packs and let me tell you, it's delicious!! I honestly had low expectations due to trying all the name brands in the last and everyone promised they would taste great when in fact they did NOT! I mix mine in the morning with iced coffee, HWC & some SF sweetener and I'm out the door and feeling full until sometimes dinner. It's reduced my cravings while providing me nutrients and the satisfaction of drinking what seems like a "regular milkshake" . Definitely will order more!!

I am a 51 year old active and healthy man (I like to think so). After 18 months of hitting the gym and weight training, I had hit a plateau and couldn't shift the belly fat.
