Dont Need to Track Macros

Tracking Macros adds too much stress and confusion to this already complicated process of weight loss, so I'll make it a little simpler. After you get your calorie goal, I like to divide it by 3 meals; now I only focus on the calorie goal for each meal to stay on track for the day. When you eat meat and vegetables there is no need to track macros; you will get all the protein and fats you need to thrive!
