Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your location.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before shipment.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $90 within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). 
    • Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international destinations. 
    • Excludes orders with 5 items or more

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please allow additional time during peak seasons, holidays or inclement weather. 
  • Upgraded Paid Shipping

    • Carrier Estimates: All upgraded paid shipping options are based on estimated delivery times provided by USPS.

    • No Guarantee: Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

    • No Refunds for Delays: Refunds will not be issued for delays in shipping times once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Lost Orders:

  • If you experience no updates on your order or suspect it may be lost, please wait 15 days from the last update before filing a claim. After this period, you may contact our customer service team to assist with the claim process.
  • Customers will need to place a new order for any products they wish to repurchase after filing a claim for a lost order.

Returns and Refunds:

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it is unclaimed, a $13 processing fee will be applied.
  • Upon receiving the returned items, we will issue a refund for the products only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers must place a new order for any products they wish to repurchase after items have been returned to sender.
