Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened items, which allows you to request a return within 30 days of your purchase date. There are no exceptions return policy.  

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping within the 30 days of receiving their order. You will receive a full refund for the cost of each item. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@fullertonnutrition.com. Please include your order number and name on the return package to expedite the refund process. We will then provide you with instructions on where to send your return.

Returns Without Prior Request

We cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@fullertonnutrition.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include photos of the damaged items, the box (all sides) and shipping label in your email. 

Gift Card Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original unopened item and place a new order for the desired item. We can only exchange unopened items. Returns of opened items will not be eligible for re-ordering from our website. This policy helps to prevent fraudulent returns.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. You will be notified by email if your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs and any duties fees will not be refunded. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
