Hi! I just wanted to clarify when you say All Carbs, you’re counting all the veggies? (where as other diets don’t have you count them). Super excited to start Keto as I’ve had just a stubborn body that will not drop the weight.

Gained 20 since foot surgery and can’t shake it. Not sure if not running is the only reason I can’t shake it. I’m still doing weights three times a week and cardio theee times. Watching what I eat also. I also have hypothyroidism 😩
